SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO CONSIDER:
If your tracking number indicates your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
Please double check that the shipping address you entered is correct. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice you have entered your address incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to get it changed within our system before it ships, but cannot guarantee this.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Buchuvida we would be happy to hear from you. Please reach out to support@buchuvida.com.
We will gladly issue a refund for your item if it meets the following conditions:
It’s returned within 14 days of your first purchase.
Only one opened product is eligible for return.

BuchuVida products are personal care items, before you purchase multiple items, understand we do not offer refunds on more than one item.
The cost is $5 for your return shipping and handling. The return shipping and handling cost will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
